With great experience from the Oil and Gas industry, our new Agency Technician – Adrian, is ready to help our clients with the various challenges they are faced with.

We are pleased to welcome Adrian Ambjørndalen to the team. Adrian had his first day in April and has already rose to his new role and responsibilities.

– It’s been a busy couple of months, with lots to get into and learn. But overall it’s been a truly enjoyable and positive experience to start here at Saga Subsea, he says.

Brings Relevant and Important Experience

Adrian has great experience from the Oil and Gas industry, and as our new Agency Technician his responsibility will be to provide our clients with guidance and help regarding personnel, equipment and similar matters.

– I’m a former sheet metal worker and has been a mechanic offshore since 2022. Most of my experience is related to the Oil and Gas industry, and I chose this career because the industry is incredibly exciting and diverse.

He believes that the many challenges and situations he has experienced during his former employments, and the knowledge he has gained from these situations, are one of the greatest assets he brings with him to Saga Subsea.

– These are experiences that are very relevant to the issues I’m now helping our clients with. And this knowledge has already proven to be a very useful tool in my new role.  

Surprised by the Workplace Environment

Ambjørndalen points out that what separate Saga Subsea from competing companies is the workplace environment, the variety in work tasks and the trust within the organisation.

– The colleagues here are very friendly and a great team. I must say that I have been welcomed with open arms, making the transition of changing jobs a very problem-free process.

Besides having proven to be a top-notch technician Adrian’s also a family man and a football fanatic – both as a supporter and player. In other words, a real team player! Team spirit is something we highly value here at Saga Subsea, and Adrian has blended right in with the rest of the gang. Welcome aboard, Adrian!
