A Strong Work Environment

At Saga, we place a strong emphasis on our work environment and on having a good time together – both at work and with colleagues outside of it. We believe this is essential for well-being, especially when working closely together over time.

Working in a high pace industry, we see how important it is to bring the team together regularly. That’s why we have an annual activity plan, where selected employees are responsible for organizing one month each. The activities vary in both theme and whether they take place during or outside working hours.

This Month’s Activity

This time, the activity was outside working hours, and the responsible group had chosen golf as the theme.

With pizza and soft drinks in place, and a warm welcome from Sveio Golfpark along with an instructor for the day, everything was set for an enjoyable afternoon. Despite different skill levels, everyone had a great time.

Not every activity will suit everyone equally well, but we value variety in what we do. Often, that’s exactly what makes it enjoyable – coming together, doing something different, and having shared experiences to talk about afterwards.

And with the competitive spirit in this group, there had to be a putting competition – where, in the end, the CEO walked away with the win.

We’re already looking forward to next month and a new theme!
